Keri has completed her Bachelor of Psychology Degree (1992) and subsequently her Masters in Clinical Psychology (1996). She is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychologists Board of Queensland, as well as a member of the Australian Psychological Society and its Clinical College. She is registered with Medicare as a Clinical Psychologist.

Keri has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including Queensland Health; universities; schools; and private clinics. She has worked for more than 5 years at Pathways Health and Research Centre with Dr Paula Barrett, a world renowned researcher and clinician in the area of childhood anxiety. At Pathways Keri worked extensively with children, adolescents and families with anxiety and depression, and ran group programs, including the Friends for Life program (for anxiety management and resilience building) and the FOCUS (OCD) program. She has also recently worked as the school psychologist at Ipswich Girls Grammar School. She has been involved in research in the areas of childhood anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Panic Disorder.

Keri has a particular interest in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. She works with people with difficulties including: depression; generalised anxiety; OCD; specific and social phobias; panic attacks; shyness; selective mutism; self esteem issues; adjustment difficulties; and family issues including separation and divorce. She also enjoys running groups for children in the areas of anxiety management and resilience building.

Keri is passionate about assisting children, adolescents, and their families through developing effective life skills, building resilience, and fostering positive family relations.
