  • Help to make the conscious decision of whether and when to have children. To clarify values, process desires, and communicate truth.
  • Support individuals and couples to navigate challenges to becoming pregnant. Exploring changes in the reproductive story, spoken and unspoken expectations, and adjustment to involuntary childlessness.
  • Support for parents following diagnosis of fetal anomalies.
  • Antenatal and postnatal adjustment (i.e., identity, anxiety, depression)
  • Help to process trauma related to birthing, deviations from birthing plans, and separation from baby (i.e., NICU).
  • Support individuals and couples following the loss of a baby and to navigate their experience of grief.

You are at the centre of your therapeutic journey, as such Beth’s practice draws on aspects of Attachment Theory, Neuropsychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behaviour therapy, depending on your needs and preferences. Embarking on therapeutic work alongside Beth, you will be gently supported in a grounded, safe and contained space.

Outside private practice Beth has research interest in altered states of consciousness and is a therapist on Swinburne Universities clinical psilocybin trial for treatment resistant depression. Beth also delivers the Fear of Flying treatment program alongside Aviation Australia and Flight Experience to support individuals manage their unique physiological, cognitive, and behavioural experience of flying in order to achieve their flying goals.
